Loads can be quickly and easily matched with equipment and drivers. On-board computer interfacing allows the automatic updating of trip records between dispatch and the driver. Automated load rating and driver pay is generated. Mileage, percentage, flat rate and accessorial pay is calculated and tracked. Our full driver/contractor payables system makes it easy to track deductions with declining balances, issue advances, reconcile reimbursed expenses and pay miscellaneous earnings. Settlements can be issued via check or Direct Deposit, with unlimited bank account distributions. 1099 tracking is automatic, making year-end work a breeze.

Loads can be electronically tendered from shippers via XML and EDI, reducing data entry and allowing staff members more time to tend to customer service and manage carriers. The Revenue Analysis Calculator quickly calculates carrier offers on a flat, per mile, per cwt and per ton rate basis, by specifying the expected brokerage fee on the load. Dispatchers are warned when carrier qualifications are nearing expiration or have already expired, preventing them from tendering loads to unqualified carriers. Carrier Confirmations are easily generated and sent to carriers via automated fax and email. Confirmations may contain detailed directions as well as pickup and delivery instructions specific to the load. The freight bill to the customer is automatically generated by the load tender and may be billed electronically via EDI to the customer. Gross Margin reports showing gross less carrier pay may be generated at any time and may be organized by any number of criteria including customer, shipper, traffic lane, carrier and much more. The carrier offer is paid via the Settlements Processing system based on the terms of the carrier contract. Settlements may be paid via check or direct deposit, including quick-pay transactions.
